"Infos on Invoices are set in stone"

This company is simply unbelievable. Once info is given for an invoice, they cannot change that info anymore! That means, if you have your name changed or move to a new e-mail address, the old infos stay on the invoice and the invoice still gets sent to your old e-mail account. This is just unbelievable and simply not up to date! I cannot believe what I have to deal with here!

"hotmart pros and cons"

What I like least about Hotmart is the number of tickets that are not paid, I believe that greater priority should be given to recovering tickets and paying them, this is the biggest problem that should be improved on the platform.
