Influitive Reviews

"Not so great"

The UX/UI generally is super clunky. The system has CONSTANT outages and bugs. It's really frustrating to have to work around the system that's supposed to be enabling you.

"Lots of bugs but unique enough to be worth it"

There are so many bugs. We usually identify something that is broken or not working as expected about once a day. They are working on improving the platform, but the bugs can provide a poor experience for the tool admins and community members.

"Wouldn’t recommend for company based gamification, its ok for external"

The need to define everything as an advocate, and no ability to create groups of people that all fit a profile who can be targeted.
