Kajabi Reviews

“Easy to use and helpful customer service”

Kajabi has come a long way with everything integrated into one system. The mobile app and marketing pages make it well-rounded solution to teach online. It is an impressive all-in-one platform.

“Poor email deliverability kills it”

The reality is that email deliverability has had a negative impact on my business. Most of my emails are going to spam and customer service will not get back to me. They have a chat feature which is how I'm getting a hold of them and they say they are so inundated with customer issues, that they are behind. Moreover, Kajabi sells you on customization, but the reality is that there is little customization and the website builder is really clunky.

“Not for technically challenged”

I spent most of my free trial and more trying to figure out how to set it up. I went to Kajabi from Kartra which I found was just as complicated. I am not technically inclined so it was a headache.
