“Customer support was absolutely terrible”

I suggest the good folks at SE take customer support education class and lean some fundamentals of what good support looks like. Then, re-build your company around that! Software is just software, it's the people who support it that matters. The worst of it: slow response times, no updates on status, not giving any proactive info about new releases, or migration to new platform.

“Outdated for years”

The lack of development from the SE developers side requires an extensive use of third parties modules which in many cases are not supported by the official SE platform. It is amazing the lack of interest of the team working for Social Engine in terms of improving the outdated system and official modules. The Social Engine maybe was a good solution to build your network 5-10 years ago. These days it's slow, ugly and outdated which can partly be covered by few modules.

Very good software very easy to grow social outreach and engagement. The user ability requires no tech background or knowledge. Ease y access to code. Features for the non-paid subscriptions, would love for more features.
