Stack Overflow Reviews

“Indispensable for Software Developers”

Like most software developers, I use Stack Overflow almost every working day. I benefit from the site all the time. Yes, newcomers might find the site intimidating and some might find that their questions are unanswered or even downvoted.

"Great system, but a solution to a problem that doesn't exist"

There was no clear agreement on how to use the product, most questions don't lend themselves to the long wait for someone to notice it—teams expect quick responses more appropriate for Slack, or else require longer responses more appropriate for traditional documentation. Overall, we found that SO for Teams was a product in search of a problem, rather than solving a real problem that our business had.

“Teams is a private ”

Our experience has been extremely positive. We have seen quick adoption and everyone appreciates the answers and questions that we are currently using it for. It has turned into our primary internal knowledge base. I am also very satisfied with their outreach to active users during the development of new features.
